Me neither... anyway, if you're around that area at evening onwards, safer for you cycle around Bkt Jelutong on the residential side.

So far I've only riden on GCE and most of the time solo. Lekas was only last weekend with the whole highway to ourselves. Just got to know a friend of mine cycles there with his buddies at times. I'm still a new but eventually will try other routes and hook up with other cycling groups around when situation permits...

several groups always start from Mydin bukit jelutong on Sunday morning and doing GCE / Latar / somewhere. Why don't you try to hangout with them? Heard PCC is doing a short one this Sunday in preparation for their IS

I can't ride on Sunday mornings since I go to church. I read PCC's fb page the ride this coming Sunday isn't beginner friendly(can't ride long distance yet). I'm trying to make time to meet them up on their usual Weds nite rides.

I dun think this is for puncture repair kit... the canisters are way to big... I recalled mine is 16g. That's 95g, 4000psi and 17cm in length!!!

The label and adverts seem to be pointing for plant usage...

do you know such detail bike fitting available in penang?
*
Sorry, not sure.

Take note that retul is a measurement system, not a bike fitting method. The bike fitter and rider feedback will help determine the adjustments needed for the fit. People trust Vo2max because Patrick's background is in exercise physiology

yes this is VERY important. these bike fitter "listen to rider feedback" and make adjustment accordingly.

i think little rock owner is also a physiology background, and he does more traveling bike fit and remote bikefit

where are you staying? have you tried Kesas? There are several groups cycle there, but not quite sure about details and all, as me myself cycle with my small group.

There is one group cycling in KL on Friday night, if you don't mind hilly route, check this group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/KLHillsAttack/

But yeah, avoid cycling solo at night. Not advisable.

Have been doing some survey on local bike fitting service:

Vo2Max: RM750
LittleRock: RM700
Cyclery Damansara Perdana (Retul): RM880
Specialized Bangsar: RM700
PedalUp Cycle (GuruFit) : RM600
Custom Bike Fit (Wong): RM290
SA Bike (Owned by prev Ironman MY champion) : RM150
CM Bike Sports: RM200
Given the huge price variance/gap, is it worth going for the first 2? After all, we might need to refit once we change saddle, pedal, etc in the future.

Anyone done any bike fitting from any of the above or even other places?
*
I went for a fitting at Wong custom BikeFit.
I guess it's affordable compare to the others.
At the moment I cycle well with minimum aches or whatsoever.
However my only complain is that there were no measurements done, for example inseam length, torso length, height etc.
All the fit is based on visual, a bit sceptical on the method.
If you look at the bikes he has fitted on Instagram or Facebook, basically he will put all handlebars at the highest angle, thus reducing the drop/reach, making the bike more upright and comfortable no doubt.
Anyway result is ok as I have no pain riding. Just wondering if to find little rock fit, maybe for a more aero position.
