The fact of the matter is, dotatech didn't reach out to the customer to properly explain their cancelled order, simply just a cancellation and a short message of "wrong pricing" was not enough and lead to customer posting complaint here.

If like what dotatech said Lazada knew of the problems beforehand then they should have sorry vouchers / discounts to compensate but they just diam diam only, hope customers doesn't make a noise, but nope still happened.

Lastly, system error or not, it's always a good idea to double/triple check your advertised prices.

I had similar issue, they never reply on Lazada. When I DM thru FB, they says they process every order in 24hrs(mine took more than a week) and they claimed there is a problem in Lazada platform, where they didn't received my message, then I had to screenshot and sent to them to believe.. . Better DM on FB first for the best price, then direct go tho their shop and buy, coz you get better price that way(Obviously you need to show the price on FB message) or they increase the price. I've been their long term customer and I can say that, there isn't much customers @shop whenever I visit their shop. No Idea, why their customer service has been bad now.

And its not TS fault more like your staff dont do price check more often. Also if you cant trust lazada why bother use it? Damage is done, you should own your mistake instead of taichi around the corner. Dont worry though, your macai will still buy from you.

lingloong already explained to TS about the issue & i think dotatech owner won't be bothered to read what others write here..so, as for TS, just wait for refund from dotatech..if really didn't receive, can just lodge proper complaint later..

for those who think wanna still buy or don't buy from dotatech anymore after this, that one is subject to personal individual preferences, but if me, still got other sellers / other places to buy..which we are more comfortable to deal with..

Even after finding+read lingloong's reply, both d-tech id-tech are good in "think again before buying" list.

So easy to use wrong pricing or system bug as excuse, like how a mamak suddenly can mumble from RM 12, paid 12 then -> RM 15 or hospital charges go from 8000 agreed price, paid, oops wrong charges, 9500 now today. Client eyes and mind will see it as cheating.

Get refunds, vouchers and still sue. He welcomed it, so take up the challenge, give one to lazada too.
