my ass is RWD. GTT/GTS is RWD, GT-R is ATTESSA 4WD/4-wheel steer where did you learn about cars
the car in the game is BNR34 and R35, all has 4wd, R35 has ATTESSA but R35 has new form of AWD without the 4-wheel steering. even in the game it says that he skylines are 4WD. whatcha smoking?

yup it wont work if u didnt re-install the game..try re-install it n apply patch n copy paste the .exe... shud no prob coz i re-install it..dont forget to restart pc after un-install ok..but i think is ur career profile got problem 1..correct me if im wrong..

Is it you guys talking about the patch that unlock car or "unlockallthing" that can't work for certain ppl?

If like this, actually can check like this... ( hehe for "Ahem" game user ), check your nfs.exe size that for that patch, if 27mb around then will be ok, if is 3mb that kind nfs.exe then can't.

there's no crack that retains the punkbuster application; your normal cracked file is 3MB. the 27MB one still contains EA's anti-piracy codes. haha if games were made like that, even better for original users XD

sharp corners u upshift ar?? u use wat car o?? i use 350z(z33) while sharp cornering if shift up gear then it will understeer, if downshift it will oversteer, if maintain it will loss power

thats why u need to tune drivetrain so whenever u shift gear while cornerning, the speed will maintain/raise abit and at the same time the car balancing very well then u start to drop gear and we got a good behaviour speed-not loss power not overpower..thats what i did..it depends on ur style actually

Alright folks, let's get the tourney running!
The basic rules is at the first post. There's still some stuff to be added, so hold your horses alright?

For starters, this challenge will start 12am of January 14 till 12 am of February 11. I'm going to change the circuit sets every two weeks.
So, below are the first set of circuits -

Drift: Noise Bomb Org - Ebisu - Drift Course A
Drag: React Team Sessions - Tokyo Dockyard - 1/4 Mile Drag using Honda Civic
Grip: Geffect - Willow Springs - GP Circuit Reverse
Speed: Super Promotion - Nevada Highway II - Nevada Highway C

For Drag, since all drag circuits are almost the same, to give a fair playing level, I decided that you must use only 1 car which you can still upgrade to the max. The car will be updated together with the circuit so you will not stuck with one car for the rest of the competition. For this one, I decided on Honda Civic. Not the Civic Si, but the Civic...everybody got that car at Battle Machine what...

How to post your screenshots? I'll post that later when I get back home. Or at least by tmrw's noon.
Prizes? I will confirm it by next Friday. Let me sort it out first. Don't get your hopes too high, ok?

ugh. the Z is the worst car for drifting imho. pig heavy, slow steering.
i upshift to increase drift angle, downshift to snap the car back to straight line. checkout my videos. if i downshift in corner, lose speed, even worse, snap oversteer.
i use GTO and S15, primarily S15. used to use S2000 but that car is too tail-happy, hard to control (or rather, lazy to find perfect settings)

I am not "yet" NFS PS Xbox 360 gamer, my game box in still in its plastic un-opened... at this mo I'm PC...

I am using the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows, its the best way to play NFS PS on the PC (haven't tried steering-wheel though).
I don't find any issues at all playing the game. Its just RT for acceleration, and LT for braking. And then the the left directional stick for moving left or right. There are more buttons, its up to you to use them. You can customise it in the main menu options.

I try RT & LT .... finger quite tired 1 T-T
But the feel is nice by using RT & LT, also scare one day those button will got problem first.

No and yes.
You can use whatever car except Zonda, bonus car and hacked one.
In other words, only Career cars.

If I'm not mistaken, Xbox 360 gamepad used the same basic setting for both PC and 360.

So, the basic default setting (based on 360 version) are:
Trigger (the lower shoulder button) R - accel.
Trigger L - brake
R1 - Not used
L1 - Clutch

Right analog stick - gear shift
Left analog stick - directional

A - Handbrake
B - NOS
X - Change view
Y - Look back

Select - reset car
Directional button - to toggle map, racing line etc.

That's the main one I think...if i'm not mistaken.
For PC, you can change them in options anyway.

if i upshift my car will become slower and feels like want to engine stall(although it is not available in-game) after exit the corner i upshift to bring back the balance

lol....350z not bad actually, but some times it just let me down, other than that she's sexy if i downshift i can maintain the speed, after i exit corner i straight upshift if i hv high rev while cornering to make my car straight. and i didnt use 350z for my drift, i use RX8

wat car u all use to drift? speed mode? drag? and grip?

i just buy my lancer GT for grip, later gonna try it out. subaru for drag, RX8 for drift, and speed mode not yet unlock so i wont spend money to buy car for speed mode yet but mostly is exotic cars i think.
