Howcome there is blue screen when i play dota.... twice adi..... play until very syok then suddenly blue screen and restart pc. There problem is, i play C&C3, NSFC and Bioshock these high graphical game no problem and Warcraft 3 got this problem... weird.... That's because the S41 hates people who use pirated War3 and those who play DoTA. I do hope you're not running pirated War3? |

If you're using Vista Home Premium: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index....showtopic=14932
If you're using Windows XP: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index....showtopic=14930 Download the file and the modded INF, extract the driver to a folder, copy paste the .inf inside and click the .exe to install. EDIT: Assuming you're using 32-bit OS. This post has been edited by Aoshi_88: Oct 3 2007, 09:02 PM |

Turn off your HDD from standby or sleep mode.... That way...when i'm AFK and downloading at night, my apps continue to run even after the display is aumatically switched off.

I use the 163.75 with the modded .ini. Don't depend on the laptop manufacturer for updates. They're notoriously slow if they give updates at all.

nVidia website drivers don't support M versions of the 8-series. You need the modded .ini that's why i go to laptopdrivers2go.com

QUOTE(8431 @ Oct 25 2007, 12:35 AM) fyi it's not modded *.ini file Easier to just use the ones from laptopvideo2go. About the same anyway. And i don't know what happens if you re-use the .inf from your original vendor. Better to be safe than sorry.just download the latest one from nvidia website, let it run or extract it then browse to the folder usually in C:\nvidia\xxx.xx whereby xxx is the ver name as the folder's name find the *.inf file, then u have to place the vendor id of ur graphic cards in it. that's all. when u rerun the setup from that folder it will detect ur graphic cards and the XP uncertified drivers windows will prompt u to continue or stop yada yada lol. u mod the *.inf file coz thats the installation file. that's what i did lol. cheers just my 2cents. |
