Then be prepared to wait at least 1-2weeks. I've had my laptop there for 3 weeks and it still isn't back.

No...i've been using the laptop2go drivers because they use the latest driers. Only thing modded is their .inf so that the S41 can use their drivers. No harm so far.

But i'm still wondering why my laptop went KAPUT.

I'm not expecting extremely good service like what Dell offers. But i would expect something like a motherboard replacement to take a week instead of three or four. And they should at least have at least some spare parts for all the models they carry in the region.

When i say a few, i mean 3-5units. No need to have 50 or 100 spare parts lying around. BenQ is still small in the mobile computing market in Malaysia.

No, you're wrong. Newer drivers doesn't mean that it's the best. Sometimes, new drivers are the cause of errors in any applications you use due to changes in the driver code.

Best thing to do is to test a few versions and see which is the most stable for you.
