The Poslaju Batu Caves seem too short-handed nowadays that they had to transfer smaller sized parcels to Cawangan Serahan Gombak, and then ask the postmen to deliver the parcels to the recipients in Batu Caves area.

I expect it is the same with the other areas. I really hope Pos Malaysia can fix the late delivery issue ASAP.

My place post laju never disappoint me.

TBH i have never faced any problem with POS LAJU previously but starting from last 2 weeks, it takes around 4-5 days to get my item. hurm

me here previously was quite ok, now dunno what happened, something is wrong

last update is 16th May "Item Processed" at delivery office batu 9 cheras

no receive call no anything, i call also they dun pick up at all

My item stuck at delivery centre since 29/5
Called today, say still at kastam, then i told them in system the item already reach the delivery centre, she then say said oh yea it's in their branch. Asked when will they deliver, say dunno cos system down (system down how come i can browse mutherfukker), then say dunno today or tomorrow will deliver cos cannot track, fukking useless poslambat
