mine show that it reach facility ytd, then this morning show the same status update for today, called the branch and they say delivery today, dunno real or not

currently their tracking system undergoing maintenance. Too many items too handle it seems because of the sudden holidays.

My wan already over a month. Still don't see anything.

Refund from seller or pos ?

I bought an item from lazada. seller post it from KL, im in KL too.

item went from KL to tawau. then back to brickfield pos laju.

stucked there since 1st May. tuna sing song. called and called ,no one pick up. no notice for failure delivery or what. just stuck there, forever.

I felt this yrs delivery alot of thing slow and stuck.

I wrote to KPDNKK, do you think it helps? aiks. I really fed up. I asked seller refund, seller don't refund cz not his fault.

i send my item from selangor to another location in selangor. since 03 May, that item still at the same post office (hub). item not moving at all!

Forget it. BN style working haven't change yet.

Try find where it stuck and go directly to take.

For my item, I don't care where is it. Just click the refund button.

Got 1 seller told me the item arrived in my country already when I dispute the refund. I told him, if I received, I will pay him. Till now dust also cannot see.

Don't know how Pos Lambat system works, if I set deliver address to office, very fast can deliver but if set to home address, it slow, maybe the posman don't even want to go deliver when only less parcel at that certain area and accumulate till certain amount.

But if you order from overseas unless you use DHL or FedEx, most deliveries will also end up being done by Pos Malaysia once they are in Malaysia...

Actually I literally just came back from Pos Laju taking the item on my own since they are short-handed (I called ahead). It was posted before the elections, on the 7th then the long holidays meant it only arrived yesterday 14th.

Funny thing is I had other items by Gdex and Nationwide sent after the elections (12th) and I had already received them on the 14th.

I believe it'll get worse when the raya rush starts. Online shopping sites should give the choice of alternative couriers.

is this lazada purchase or e-tailers?
