WTF IS THIS SHIT...even their 1300-300-300 hotline is non responsive.
ITS BEEN A WHOLE 2 WEEKS FOR MY ITEM, WALAOWEI BETTER OVERSEAS ORDER LA LIKE THIS FROM CHINA CAN ARRIVE FASTER.

U use cheap phone. Mine can go through.

unker usually contact directly to the branch that was holding my item. never had any problem with that

Yep thats what i did...enless loop of dial tones. If the error "nombor yang anda dail" stuff dint comeout.

some case they lost ur item dy and senyap2 dont tell people...later u call baru tell.

Mine was last seen at pos mel nasional thus you just google that for the number

shopee can issue refund right?abuse it.

mine also from 7 may not yet received...now stuck at Pusat Mel Nasional

5 min later she called back and tell me its on its way already.
said that these last 2 day only now the items are being distributed

1 week may due to holidays (from last Wednesday till Sunday).
You not yet try nationwide express, from petaling jaya to penang it took them about three weeks to reach me even I had complaint to cfm. If without complaint, I guess they will declare my parcel as "lost"

thx very much bro .. only after call then i refresh the tracking page can see Item out for delivery already with today date..dun know if after call only they manage to find that item... or just happen to be they update my item status same time when i making call....
