Silverstone kruiser is actually a good tyre. Lasted at least 3 years on both my Gen2 & Iriz. Only problem is that it tends to develop micro cracks on the side wall, but inform Silverstone and they’ll compensate you accordingly. Got a free tyre that way.

The lower end Silverstone in the 1.3s could be rubbish, but I haven’t experience that. But to compare with Michellin, Tripplemax, RE003 etc then of coz Kruiser is not good. But as a budget tyre, I find it’s good enough.

Quite difficult to get a good tyre at RM130. At that price, Viking ProTech, Achilles 122 is ok but D05 would be best.

My advice if you’re not urgently in need for new tyres, go look around and maybe you’ll be lucky that someone traded in their stock wheels. That way, you can get a good tyre at a bargain. I once got a CC5 for RM70 each bcz it was a trade in from a newly purchased car.

Yeah, I was surprised as well. I just took a photo and fb message them. Next thing you know a local representative calls to have a look and a voucher was issued. When the second time it happened, a PIC from Taiping R&D contacted to have a look and a voucher was subsequently issued.

Tried the same with Continental, because a visible obvious crease will form between the so called wet & dry threads of the tyre separating it right in the middle after some time. No response. Even sent in an email, took weeks for them to respond a scripted ‘if you’re concerned, you should visit the nearest centre’...

You can give Hankook a try since the price is irresistible. Trust your ESC if you unfortunately got substandard tyres. I only know it’s V12 was amazing since my bro once got it for his City but when I enquire for my cars it was super expensive...

Check properly on the CC6s since supposedly ‘soft compound’ tyre can easily suffer uneven wear if car is not properly maintained...

Dayton is a budget Bridgestone brand...I can’t help you with that since tak pernah pakai...but haven’t heard any good recommendations for Bridgestone in a while, so wonder how good is the budget...ultimately, no harm trying if it’s a price you cannot resist since car got ESC...

Park in covered area, to prolong the tyre.
But for rule of thumb, tyre need to change after 2 years of usage, doesn't matter with the thread left. As rubber can become harden and resulting no grip during wet.

Better spend some for tyre as think it for safety. I speaking to myself when face aquaplaning on brand new but chapalang made in Indonesia tyre, almost 360% turn at grand saga kajang on speed of 70kmh heavy rain. Luckily car behind all able to stop

Most likely it is condensation water from cooling coil. Normally the condensation water is led to outside cabin by a pipe connected to cooling coil box/cover assembly. Maybe that pipe is not properly connected or choke, or the cooling coil box/cover is not properly assembled back.
