QUOTE(akemishinoda @ Jul 6 2018, 09:47 PM) damn nice color combination and body kit! how much the damage for the kitQUOTE(chiucheng @ Jul 8 2018, 10:41 AM) Hi guys. im in the midst of considering iriz as my first car, but im not sure about its fuel comsumption.... Anyone can give me ideas? is 1.3 underpowered? Im looking at 2015 or 2016 models for city use, doesnt feel underpower but for highway use u can slightly feel underpower if u have >2 passenger. and usually the car will feel underpower (but still manageable) on high slope road. u gonna have good time if u buy the mt version. i have no complain with the respond for 1.3 mt version. anyway, for FC, standard rim will give u 7.9 - 8.5 l/100km for city drive and 6.9 - 7.8 l/100km full highway drive. if u upgrade ur rim, the consumption will be slightly higher but the power are still there (depend on ur rim weight).overall, still satisfy with it ------------------------------------------- BTW i never feel like wanting to change car before until last weekend. my baby stroller cant fit in the bonet! how do u guys with kids did it? i never thought the length of the stroller would be a huge factor for iriz This post has been edited by lol~: Jul 9 2018, 08:59 AM |

Gone to independent mechanic, he said if everything's ok, could mean head bengkok, but very unlikely he added. Right now, at Proton SC for troubleshoot. Hope nothing serious. Wallet's dry already after raya. feel sorry for u. if can, do update here what is the main problem and how much the damage |

Hi guys. Its been a long time since i came here.
I have an issie which i hope not serious. I change my car bat just now by myself following the right procedure. Now my dashboard showing eps(electronic power steering) light on. Anyone encounter such issue before? Edit: i drove the car just now. The light went off. Before that i felt the steering not responding back. After drove for like 10-20 meters, the light went off. Luckily no major things happen. Dunno what it cost me if i need to repair it This post has been edited by lol~: Dec 29 2018, 10:00 PM |

QUOTE(jVIPERs2 @ Dec 29 2018, 11:21 PM) Sounds normal... I see. When i saw the warning i was like "my pocket gonna have huge hold this month" since i have no warranty anymore Once you disconnect battery, need to ‘recalibrate’ steering by full turn left, full turn right... Luckily it was nothing. Btw i plan to touch up my paint using the small paint kit sell at aeon etc. Need some feedback, is it worth it? Got small scratch that really irritating my eyes |

QUOTE(azyune @ Dec 30 2018, 12:00 PM) Yea, a simple full turn of the steering wheel for re-calibration then the warning light will be gone. I dunno wanna buy it or not coz the price kinda expensive for a small package. I afraid if i buy later the color not match or the quality not up to my standard.I still keep the mytouchup pro bought from aeon since I got the car years back and never feel like using it even though the paint chips are getting more and more nowadays |

QUOTE(jVIPERs2 @ Jan 1 2019, 09:28 PM) Yup, not a problem actually... Yeah i saw shopee also some seller sell with 3 and some with 4 bottle. Luckily didnt buy yet lol.Touch up paint is good, but I’ll recommend buying direct from the manufacturer instead as their package comes with all 4 bottles instead of the 3 in Aeon.. Here in Puchong, the price at outside workshop is the same as Proton...so I usually send back, even after my car’s warranty... Anyway, another project of mine is to wash my engine bay myself. Saw 1 vid tutorial on how do so, seems interesting. Anyone wash their engine bay before? Care to give tips? |

QUOTE(jVIPERs2 @ Jan 2 2019, 10:40 AM) Very easy to apply as the bottles come with brush, similar to those to paint nails...the trick here is to be patient, put a coat then let it dry then another coat until the scratch is barely visible... 2 hours? Fair enough. Need to do it on summer. If not later rain pour down i will be crying all night long Roughly an hour between coat and about 2 to dry completely? |

Guys, anyone bought engine oil from shopee? I saw shell helix 15w40 only at rm55!
Even car parts shop sell at rm78, how can that guy sell at a very low price? I suspect its clone but the review quite high. Got repeat customer some more. Anyone bought eo from shopee can give me some review |

Guys, us there a safe way to strip house paint on a car?
Last week got a small lorry getting a paint job. Owner which i dunno who paint it at the car park. My house parking are free park. The last weekend i realize my car got few splash of white paint. I thought its bird poo. Now i dunno who the culprit and the lorry is no where to be found. Now i really mad but things already happened. I need to fix this but the only way that i know is by using 1000 sand paper. Should be fine but certainly will damage the clear coat. Anyone can suggest me good scratch remover? Or other methods to solve this? Many thanks in advance |

QUOTE(jVIPERs2 @ Mar 4 2019, 04:18 PM) Try nail polish with high Acetone content.. Use a cotton bud to apply only on the unwanted paint and quickly wipe of with clean cloth.. Really work? I read in google also yesterday i thought some just wanna troll Let's hope for a Saga + hatch and Persona + hatch lineup from Proton with help from Geely + Volvo. Honestly, they do make good cars, just that the aftersales sucks and they never fulfill customer demands... |
