for city use, doesnt feel underpower but for highway use u can slightly feel underpower if u have >2 passenger. and usually the car will feel underpower (but still manageable) on high slope road. u gonna have good time if u buy the mt version. i have no complain with the respond for 1.3 mt version. anyway, for FC, standard rim will give u 7.9 - 8.5 l/100km for city drive and 6.9 - 7.8 l/100km full highway drive. if u upgrade ur rim, the consumption will be slightly higher but the power are still there (depend on ur rim weight).

overall, still satisfy with it biggrin.gif

-------------------------------------------

BTW i never feel like wanting to change car before until last weekend. my baby stroller cant fit in the bonet! how do u guys with kids did it? i never thought the length of the stroller would be a huge factor for iriz sweat.gif

My average FC can be seen on my siggy. 1.3 for city drive is ok but highway feels underpowered with passengers.

For that amount, options to BOT is limited. Recently Xenon motorsports passed away so less 1 option edi.

I've seen before bumper and headlights fitted onto Iriz iinm but iirc persona headlights isn't projector.

I’ll go for the supercharger package instead of BOT...

I have a 1.3 exec.

I drive alone around klang valley alot since im a real estate agent, usually on speeds of about 60 - 100km/h, at this speed would be around 2k-3k rpm. Satisfied. But can definitely feel that it will be underpowered if have more passengers/cargo.

Only thing that im dissapointed on are the rattling/noise untill today still not sorted. Fuel consumption for me full tank is about 300- 350km.

what jViper said is true. or u can check for any review from legit owner here who has clock >50k mileage. or maybe u can pay any owner to test drive the car for u. maybe we can give our 2cent about the car condition etc.

btw how much the price?

I guess the underpowered feel is the lousy CVT... revs but not going anywhere faster...maybe it’s the CVT tuning...🤷🏽‍♂️

Rattling is a trademark of Proton! How can you buy a Proton and not want rattling? Like you go KFC but don’t want eat chicken! 🤣

Depends on a lot of factors choosing Supercharger or BOT.

I think most of the rattling can be solved with the IP kit. The only rattle I have is in the steering where during some slow turns then can hear some rattling. Apart from those, none present after installation of IP Kit.

Saw your key word! “Most”...so rattling dan Proton berpisah tiada! 😝 One cannot be had without the other...

I guess supercharger is a more practical approach for a daily vehicle...unless low pressure BOT is available? 🤔

My car alot of vibrate plastics. Everyday at site to site under hot sunny day + heavy footer + track make it worst
