back.... my report is, the guy /banker dont even know, he say only the IT staff will know about petrol rebate for esavers. but the advert is still up for it, so there should still be rebates.

the reason why they retain my card is r-block which the guy dont even know what it is. he just reissue me another card. so much for my time.

well. i called customer service that day to block my card. so i also asked abt the rebate. there's such thing... n according to that person, it'll be banked-in to our accounts. the next month 

well, based from feedback.. ppl say stay away from nexg and also tune money wor. but personally, i use public bank's visa electron. not bad. RM21 annual fees. but it'll be waived if u charge RM1200 or 1100 per year. then you'll get 0.5% cash back. but go try alliance banks debit card. i might get it too. 2% cash back and also they offer interest of 1.5% for the money in ur account. and the cards looks gorgeous. i really wanna go get it and close my public bank 1... but wanna see their TnC 1st. will update you all if there's a request.

Seems like there's a lot of PB visa electron user here. Why didnt you guys chose the PB ING Mastercard Paypass in the first place?? Since it got an extra Paypass feature, wouldnt it be better?? Or does it have any drawback??

i really dont trust the alliance bank services.  so no card biz with them.

Are you sure that only Visa works with withdrawal ?

Edit : You gotta have Vista , and gotta use Visa. It just doesn't work with Mastercard

Its funny because it says that you can use to withdraw money with visa and master but only works with Visa

it depends... not only on d provider but d bank as well as diff banks have diff security settings.

huh? Then how? PB ING MasterCard Debit Card really can't use to withdraw money from paypal???   How about Tune Card?

I've heard that its possible as long you have a Visa card in PayPal

There are some cases whereby its possible withdraw money to mastercard , provided if you have Visa

TuneCard would be fine
