When you walk through a storm hold your head up high And don't be afraid of the dark. At the end of a storm there's a golden sky And the sweet silver song of a lark. Walk on through the wind, Walk on through the rain, For your dreams be tossed and blown. Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart And you'll never walk alone, You'll never walk alone.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart And you'll never walk alone, You'll never walk alone.

Press and attack and get your goals, hopefully. It's 3 weeks to the final. Hopefully by then the players will be well rested and eager for the BIGGEST game of their lives. Yeah. Their squad smacks of quality. Our only chance of winning is to get early goals. And then play a managed game.
If we start with a managed apprioach, our midfielders will lose control, for sure. I am sure Klopp can see that too.
Yes, their counter is good. No one is doubting that. We approach a cautious approach like last night, we will lose the game.

well, at least lala may be back in time for the final...
Hopefully we'll win it... Our defense is still bad, leaking goals. Against a top team like Madrid, its gonna be hard. Hopefully Klopp can do something about it. #number6 #inikalilah YNWA

We pedal off in final 10 mns in both semis. I am sure Klopp will have something to say about it
dont get too carry away for making into the finals.
Hope the lads are able to recover to face chelsea and at least a draw. once the top 4 is secured we will have enough time to train for the finals.
hope the team won't do it the hard way, by loosing to the blue and have to work hard for the remaining matches to secure top 4 and get tired and injured for the finals.....
Not taking anything for granted but I think there is reason to be elated. We are after all in the final of Europe's premier club competition, arguably the biggest in the world but certainly the most watched, for the first time in a decade. We've also scored more goals than anyone, breaking records along the way despite our mounting casualty list.
Respect to Real Madrid but we have reason to be optimistic of our chances in Kiev and even if we end up on the wrong end of a positive result, it will still have been a successful run. I don't think many of us envisioned going to the finals at the start of the season. I certainly didn't. Our defending is dodgy but heck, we beat AC Milan in Istanbul with Djimi Traore in defence.
In the last thread I saw suggestions that TAA should be dropped in favour of Clyne for CL final. I disagree with it. TAA has been monumental in the previous CL games (Remember when people said Sane will rip him a new one?) and one poor game doesn't change that. It didn't help yesterday that the atmosphere was intimidating and Liverpool was on 2nd gear.
With a well-rested full team, my vote still goes to TAA. My expected starting 11 for Kiev: Karius, TAA, Lovren, VVD, Robertson, Hendo, Milner, Gini/Can/Lala, Salah, Mane, Fimino
Speaking of starting 11, Robertson has been impressive of late. Remember he was playing for Hull City last season and now he is playing in a CL semi like a seasoned pro, unfazed by the pressure.

Aye.
Robbo is certainly worth a mention. Will he score the winning goal like Alan Kennedy did those years ago?????
Our players look tired and batterred last night but still need to rely their service in the clash against chelsea
We need just 1 pts then we can give the reserves and youngster to play in the final match against brighton (but knowing klopp....wont probably rest all the first 11)
