I noticed that Go Shop programme on TV Al-Hijrah indicate as "HD GoShop" on EPG today, not written as "Go Shop" like before this. Is this a sign that TV Al-Hijrah will be upgraded to HD. If I'm not mistaken, some programmes that simultaneoulsy broadcast on both SD and HD channels, usually they will put HD (e.g. Gerak Khas (Citra HD Version)). So maybe they started to use HD GoShop name on TV Al-Hijrah as a prepration that the channel will be in HD.

Like I said, they never use HD Go Shop title on TV Al-Hijrah's EPG info. |

I'm off topic. I'm actually OK with Astro ditch the HD icon now, but I just hated the 2D-version logo and the 2007-logo that now been use so often especially for Astro Ria. You can clearly see that the logo is not well-optimized especially in HD but yet the marketing department seems to ignore it. Its just like the boss says "hey no need to put HD idicator now" then the staff be like "Google search, Astro Ria logo" and choose that 2007 version. Go watch Big Stage and Gegar Vaganza 2020 promotional ads, and see how the logo look like. Ugly. |
