No Atmos is D+ Hotstar issue, it apply to all D+ Hotstar countries. The picture quality also a step backwards as compared to D+ US. Can I know if u r using which box to stream D+? I can’t find a reliable Smartdns to stream using my Apple TV 4K box.

Perhaps D+ Hotstar consider to have normal and premium package like Netflix. So tht those willing to pay more can get higher bit rate n Atmos. Yes, Malaysians are hard to please…

It’s as frustrating, after got thru into enter phone number u still need to endure TAC failure to deliver issues. Anyhow registration is here to stay n won’t be fully allocated, n no “Robot” involved.

If u can afford to get Astro instead of tv box, it proves tht u can pay n expect better service level. To me RM5 is worth if u have yet to try D+ US.

For SmartDNS, Getflix have been stable so far for me.
My streaming device is my Android Sony 4K TV, Xbox Series S, Mi TV Stick, LG 4K TV, Sharp 4K TV.
Have been streaming Hulu, Paramount+, HBO Max, Disney+ with Getflix, no issues.

Sure HBO max is coming? Hoped it doesn’t follow D+H footsteps. Watched “Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” in HBO Max yesterday, honestly with Atmos, it’s so immersive, minus the fact tht it’s not as scary as compared to the others in the same franchise.

Teach me plzzz.... How did you get it work? What hard disk you use? What is the file system? How's the overall performance?

Seriously speaking, I still prefer using hard disk for recording and time shift function because of its responsiveness and reliability.

Long long time ago, I did tried to connect my external hard disk to the Ultra Box, and it says something like "Not authorised" at the HDD Status at STB Diagnostics page.
And there's no option for me to format the hard disk right from my Ultra Box also. Since then, I stopped trying already...  cry.gif

Yeah, have been trying since I got my ultra box end of last year too. The USB port is active, can detect the HDD but somehow can’t use the function.
