If worse come to worse, tell Astro customer service that your box is having technical issues (e.g. cannot power up at all, even though power adapter light indicator is light up).
Before they assign installer for you, remind them to replace to the new Ultra Box for you.
Yes, legacy pack customers facing such technical issues are also eligible for the same free box upgrade campaign as well.
Reminder: If you still want to receive Astro channels via satellite dish upon replacing to new Ultra Box, you must specifically tell that agent ya.
