I believe you guys already aware that Astro is not performing well financially, but even if you don't care about it, somebody's going ensure that Astro doesn't plunge fast till the point of bankruptcy, right?
Astro has been "taking measures" to make the decline in revenue to be as slow as possible, to continue sustain the business, as well as finding revenue elsewhere, but mostly still revolves around advertising related.

They put revenue more important than decade-old customer loyalty, and it has always been like that.
So, in conclusion, the answer to your question, is through retention offers only.
Meaning, you call customer service and tell them you want to downgrade/cancel Astro, then you'll get some offers already.
Of course, do ensure your account does not have any remaining contract before doing so.

Ya la, they also got financial issue, so now they will make sure all the subscribers make a payment on time 😬

Previously when im used to pay once every two month, they will suspend it at the end of the second month until make a full payment, then back to normal.. But early this year most of the time paid on time and sometimes slightly overdue, so the message will appear on screen if overdue πŸ˜†πŸ

yea it’s a good reminder, well it appear few times , the first one i missed to snap a picture, then later appear again then snap a photo.. after paid the bill online , put the decoder on rest mode / clock mode for 15 mins then the message gone 🀑
