RM0.50 surcharge is imposed only if you pay bills through selected methods only. Online banking like JomPAY, auto debit and a few others, won't impose a surcharge.

To me, either pay on time or pay late, eventually still have to pay also. No much difference....
Might as well set up auto debit once and then forget about it. No need to worry if account kena suspended due to "forgot to pay".

Their answer is "Put Tom & Jerry and Dora on that still message" 

Kids:  
Parents next morning be like: "Don't cry... You see, got Dora and Tom & Jerry appear there on TV".
If I'm that kid, I don't buy that. 🤣

And also to remind you that Dora is from Nickelodeon (Nick Jr), while Tom & Jerry Show is under Cartoon Network (Boomerang). 

Tbh, FAMtv pop up channel aren't truly targeted to kids also...
Almost all shows aren't even cartoons/animation; it's meant for teen to adult shows, a rojak of those old classics shows, and some may be rated P13, so it's not for kids anyway
And that, I find it somehow misleading...

Btw, Comedy Central Asia will be ceased across Asia on 1st February.

My advice is, just appreciate whatever they offer to you laa 
For Njoi customers, because you don't pay them money every month, so generally speaking, they have the grounds of not offering you any "free stuffs". Astro is not operating as a non-profit charity company ya.

Dont know when Star Vijay Malaysia and India will change the logo. Even Star Plus channel has been renamed tu Utsav Plus. What happen to "Star" word?

The rebranding to Utsav is because Disney plans to use ‘Star’ as the new name for all the FOX-branded channels outside the US (the ones not owned by FOX Corp).

Basically, Disney pretty much stole the “Star” brand from Star India, just because it’s a nice name and they already own it.

So we might see something like this in the future:
FOX -> Star
FOXlife -> StarWorld (maybe)
FOX Family Movies -> Star Family Movies
FOX+ -> STAR+

Star Vijay -> Utsav Vijay (or Vijay TV)
StarPlus -> Utsav Plus

Eventually, we will follow suit.

LOL if this turns out to be true. FOX purposely remove the Star brand and replace them with FOX branding, and now Disney wants to rebrand them to Star just like the old days. We all know that Disney does not want to be associated with political toxic brand of FOX News, that's why 20th Century FOX Studios is now 20th Century Studios, but bringing back Star branding is pretty funny.. 😂

How about:
FOX Movies > 20th Century Movies
FOX > 20th Century Channel
FOX Life > FreeForm (Disney-Fox channel in the U.S.)
FOX Sports > Star Sports (Lol 20th Century Sports sound terrible)

It could, but for now, Disney treat 20th Century as seperate entities. They free to produce anything and not realy tied to Disney PG contents and other strict rules.

Well, at least FOX Movies will stay on-air until 2022 since the network has acquired all Sony movies released this year. It is confirmed that Disney+ Hotstar or Disney+ Star will not air movies outside Disney and 20th Century FOX.

TV display: stuck at 0%.

Decoder display: auto update - update error - boot. Repeat.

How to solve this issue?

Call Astro.
Sent technician to replace decoder 3 times already.
Problem still not solved.

Btw, Paramount Channel Asia will be rebranded as Paramount Network starting from 1st February 2021. All Comedy Central shows and certain Paramount+ shows will be aired on the channel. Unifi PlayTV app has updated the schedule.

Also, Singtel TV (SG) will launch the channel on 1st February 2021.

Not because I had any issues, just looking only.

So apparently you can dual-boot two different operating systems on the Ultra Box?

Most likely, this means Astro is working on creating a new UI, this time based off Android TV operator tier (which is special for operators to customise their own interface - currently StarHub TV is using it for their TV+ box), and they’ll then use this to replace their current Ultraview UI (which is based off Linux).

If you read my previous post, the Ultra Box is actually capable of running Android TV.

Another reason why they may have launched Astro TV app beta was so they can include this on their Ultra Box, and also to release to other Android TV devices.

Also, if you remember, in the Astro Connected HD Box beta, there was an ‘apps’ button on the remote. The apps button might be for Google Play.

Most likely, the new Connected HD Box will also have this Android TV interface alongside the Ultra Box.

Don’t know when we can expect to see such an update.
