Then i saw now got 20% discount. So i leave my contact through their whatapps loh.
Someone called me just now, I said i want to change to this Super Pack RM116.80 (after sst = RM123)

Then he said this only for new customer. existing customer cannot..
Then I said so means that I need to terminate only reapply then only can get this 20% discount?
Then he said yes. but since termination is based on statement date, which is 6th of every month, 7th of april only can apply, but this 20% discount only until 31st march
Then I said why you cant change to this 20% discount for me.
Then he said cant, if want to rebate, only with upgrade can entitle.. downgrade = nothing.
Then I said ok lah, i terminate lah, if dun have promotion already, then i dun see astro lah

update of my astro issue :

this morning i had raised the case. then afternoon time received a call from astro saying that the guy who entertain me this morning has lack of knowledge of this downgrade / upgrade. and he said he can offer me RM30 reduce. for each package...

follow up with the email by astro :
Didnt hear him mentioned RM10.60 for downgrade fees in the email. but i remember i saw this from here.

by the way, the superpack lite which original RM115, with entitlement of RM30 rebate is nicer than the website 20% discount .
while super pack plus which original RM178 is not worth, coz only RM30 rebate.

I think i will go for superpack lite

I am using ultra box. Am I eligible to get this new box? I am not gonna give up on ultra box. I rather have satellite and Internet as a backup rather than totally depending on Internet for it.

Dark history of all time for Astro. The Measat 3 satellite outage since 21 June 2021, which lasts at least 3 consecutive days.

Luckily on around 23th June evening, Measat/Astro managed to recover some HD channels and brought back 11642MHz and 11682MHz transponders first.
And fortunately since 25th June, all Measat 3 transponders have been brought back alive. Nice
As usual, I've performed blind scan on my sat receiver earlier..
After studying and comparing the differences of the channel list for an hour or so, I realise that Astro have been keep migrating/duplicating channels across transponders from one to another, and looks pretty messy, like a jumping frog. 
No wonder la some people, when they press ch103, it comes out totally different channel (i.e. ABC Australia) instead of TV3. 
And some experiences situations like "earlier can watch, now suddenly cannot watch".

All because they carried out "sudden changes" of channels/bouquet ID every now and then, as it is part of its channel recovery efforts, especially migrating all SD/HD channels from 11.7-12.75GHz back to 10.7-11.7GHz frequency range.

You said ch300-335, almost 70% of all channels appear as SCNA, is it?
Try Restore Factory Settings again, and see if you can get those channels now.

Btw what Astro box are you using? HD/PVR box or Ulti/Utra Box?

Astro called me and offered New decoder (iptv box) as 2nd decoder for RM50/month. Without dish and just need an internet connection. The list of channels follow my main package. I didn't accept.

Astro is the one that wants to cease Animax... So the one on Unifi TV is not affected.

It seems to me that Astro wanna give up acquiring anime content, probably due to the viewing habits of anime fans in general (many prefer watch from online sources), or because of low viewership on Animax?
If there is a channel replacement for Animax, for sure they would have announce it earlier, or let you know about it as you ask them.

So where else can you anime? For sure their official answer is watch it from alternative online sources like Netflix, iQiyi or something...
