From what I saw, MTV 90s will be aired only in the Philippines (and Singapore, since its sister channel MTV Live is already there on Singtel TV). The rest of Southeast Asia will be aired as MTV Live from Sept 1, 2022.
This means that unifi TV viewers especially, will rejoice as their once favourite channel of only live music shows will be revived.

According to the Astro website, the Thursday, Sept 1, 2022 schedule seems to air shows from the newly-rebrand MTV Live channel. No '90s-themed shows were mentioned.

As far as I observed, only Singapore & the Philippines will air MTV 90s channel. Especially in Singapore, since MTV Live is already available there via Singtel TV.

tvN Movies Live TV is now available on sooka VIP subscription starting yesterday, Sept 1, 2022.

It's the same streaming quality of 720p 25fps, except for their TV apps; 1080p 50fps.

Yes, iQIYI linear channel is operated by Astro.

100% iQIYI Original shows on the channel. But to watch advanced episodes on-demand can check its mobile app too.

With KTV launch, both Vellithirai & ABO Thangathirai can go bye-bye?

Also is it possible for Astro to bring in the SUN NXT app to Ultra Box as well, since the entire linear channel library of SUN TV Network is coming thru Astro platform?

sooka pricing for World Cup Pass. But I guess it’s for mobile & PC only, doesn’t include Smart TV access as well.

Prior to this, all TV providers including Astro (Aura & Rania) & unifi TV (Pesona HD), as well as some shows broadcast on free-to-air TV in Malaysia are currently distributed by Indonesia Entertainment Group (IEG)/Surya Citra Media (SCM).

Early years when Bintang & Pelangi launched on Astro’s Indo Pek in 2011, they acquired programs from multiple media outlets in Indonesia.

For Bintang, it acquired shows from Trans TV & Trans 7 channels. Meanwhile for Pelangi, beforehand it was showing classic & current movies then ended up also acquired shows from Netmediatama. That’s why you were seeing NET. logo bug besides Pelangi channel, indicating that those shows are from Netmediatama.

On May 23, 2020, Indo Pek revamped its program offerings, hence launching Astro Aura & Rania, covering shows from Surya Citra Media (SCM). Bintang & Pelangi end broadcast on June 1, 2020.

unifi TV was having MNC Channel until April 2017 when SCM’s Pesona HD took over.

HISTORY2 was already ceased by A+E Networks Asia in October 2022.

New channels include Love Nature, Global Trekker, DreamWorks Channel, and CBeebies. Meanwhile, all e-sports content will be moved to Astro Arena 1 & 2. eGG Network’s social networks to continue its operation after Jan 23, 2023.
