Confirm the apologize letter is pre-ready, not out of stock. It was scammer, they must having another reason to do so.

They would refund you in voucher if you didnt fill in the bank refund detail.

No sorry voucher would be given...

Sometime they would even directly sent refund voucher and request refund bank detail at same time.

After complain at live chat then need wait a week or so for refund to bank acc

Meantime lazada can use ur money for interest before giving u refund

we know the TV cannot be so cheap.

If the refund process stuck and u need to pay for the credit card payment if u use credit card

send in a return request but lazada says dont need to send it back? how come? It says there you may be able to keep the item.

How Lazada differentiate between genuine returns and scammers?
