Last year my 50 inch TV cost me RM2k

I can think of 3 scenarios,

1. You receive the 50' TV exactly
2. You receive a no value item
3. Seller cheat the order, send the item to self and update status as delivered. Seller no cooperative during lazada's investigation, purposely delay.
after certain period of time, lazada system auto release the money to seller, then bye bye

Couldn't reconcile the cash back received either.

- Spend RM190 last Tuesday for 10% Wallet Tuesday cash back promotion
- spend RM181.90 during Birthday sales for 10% cashback

Cash back received today:
- 1st cash back received at 2:20pm : RM20
- 2nd cash back received at 3:03pm : RM14.29

1st cash back should be from Wallet Tuesday promotion, but I get RM1 extra in cashback

2nd cash back should be from Birthday Sales
- Part of the payment came from previous cash back (RM39 in total)
- suspect no cashback given for these RM39 (i.e. no cash back on cash back)
- Total fresh fund paid = RM181.90 - RM39 = RM142.90
    - 10% cash back from fresh fund = RM14.29

So pretty much confirmed that only fresh fund into wallet get cashback!

In lazada app, we can just initiate refund/return. there is no channel to report scam in lazada app.
the item i purchased was RM12, but the seller now has increased the price to RM118. i don’t understand why the china seller wanted to simply sent another RM1 item over, in fact he/she can just cancel the order after i placed the order if it was a wrong pricing...obviously he/she tries to avoid penalty or ban from lazada, that’s why he/she simply sent a cheap item

anyone can say they will take legal action but on what ground actually? unless u hack the website, change the price den u buy... den they can take legal action. but u create several accounts n buy something they legally posted on their platform, if they have system glitch n u take advantage of it, it is not ur fault, it is theirs. the most they ban u permanently. even my lazada account kena hacked, i report to MCMC, MCMC told me it is not under their jurisdiction.. only those companies registered under MCMC, they can take action. then my credit card kena misused, i report police, police ask me back what do i expect them to do. ur case, the police will ask back the company, on what ground u wan me to say to catch this person.
