Hello, need advice from other Lazada customers.
I bought item, "Fullfiled by Lazada".
This means the item is already in Lazada's warehouse, right? (Confirmed by Live Chat agent that it should be stored in the warehouse.)
My order's end shipping date is 22nd, so that's tomorrow. The item still listed as "processing", waiting to be handed to courier. Based on previous orders, they might not make the end shipping date.
Live chat with Lazada, then got an email back:
"Upon checking with the respective department, they mentioned parcel still in ready to shipped status means still with seller. However if you still not received the item tomorrow they advise you to cancel the order and re-order back due to item was pending too long. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused."
(Whoever was in charge must not have properly checked the order, since it should be in their warehouse, not with the seller.)
Send a message to the seller in the Lazada app too, they're helping to talk to Laz.
I plan on hounding them daily.
Should I send a complaint to KPDNKK now to escalate it? Wait till 23rd?
How do I fill up the KPDNKK form anyway?
I'm also planning to make a Police report, since I've already paid for the item's 1st month bank instalment, and it still hasn't reached me. Also they gave false information saying the item is with the seller.

Contact your bank for dispute aka charge back and hopefully eventually they will send out the item and u get free item
