Meow was about to remind u about that... in meow's situation, the 1st email replied DIDN'T reach SME's inbox. They claimed to not receive meow's email about delivery confirmation. Luckily meow send the 2nd reply but using different Samsung Account's email and then immediately call the careline to confirm whether they have received the 2nd reply.
