Update: Received my redemption for Keyboard Cover and seems pretty decent so far. The keyboard is a little small though and also quite close with the touchpad. The first few minutes is really hard to use. It does make the whole tablet a lot heavier.

the giant rm10 voucher cannot be use when i bought my bolster rm25 just now. they scan the barcode but cannot use. giant au5 keramat.

The code is still redeemable as long as it is not registered yet in the cashier machine.

The bar code scanner never works at Giant since year 2019...

Never knew giant had lousy system lol i will try again to redeem the voucher next time.

Actually the problem is the barcode format. Samsung uses Code128, not EAN13 format. When they generate the barcode, they should remove the first 0 . For example, Giant RM10 voucher start with 00100 , but when generate the barcode, the barcode should be starting with 0100

So it means we can regenerate the barcode ourselves using Samsung Pay then.

I have been observing for months, my samsung pay always fail on the white color terminal, i have no issue to wave using physical card on the same terminal though, anyone experienced the same?
