I have a weird problem with Citi PM on SPay. It asks for a PIN and when I keyed it, it will prompt wrong PIN and transaction rejected by bank, followed by SMS from Citi that a transaction on the card was rejected due to PIN error.

Then I reset the pin, try again, same error.

Remove and add back card, work for 1x time, then same error.

Remove and add back again, didn't even work for 1x. Just straight error.

Now the funny part, Citi claims they don't see the card attached to SPay even though they acknowledge issuing the SMS with the OTP for attaching to SPay and acknowledge tokenization process complete. Claims it is a SPay problem.

Just wondering, anyone else encountered this before, and if getting in touch with SPay helps

ok I tested it worked at Caltex. So it is a configuration error on BHP - that's my guess. Will test with more merchants

No, they stated 12pm. Not 12am. I asked the CS. They show the original announcement (which has disappeared from SamsungPay after a while).

So many loyalist here, yet Samsung can't fail to give people reason to hate them.

Another example:
after over 4 years, SPay still doesn't work with AMEX
after less than 2 months, APay already working with AMEX

Damn, Samsung is trying so hard to get us off their platform is it?

Hahaha anyone who has done this long enough eventually find way to get some 0 cents transaction that yields 40 points.

The 5 minutes rule no longer applied over the last few years. Now I do like 3 in 2 minutes also get full points.

Actually its not magic or techno hacking. Just find a terminal that after use a couple of time, will allow further scan (and points) but block further transactions.
