at this moment android pay is still not around yet, when android pay launch, i believe most will transfer out to ANDROID pay than remain in spay ...
Android Pay has been around for some time now but not sure when or if it will even make it's way to Malaysia. I really hope it does, and give S Pay a run for it's money.
haha ya right ! since the customer base expanded they should have more redemption rewards instead of cutting all off and making it less attractive omg...
LOLz.......instead they U-turn and kencing. Why la Samsung?
Guys, despite samsung phone can use S/pay, samsung gear also can be use for s/pay as well? As I not really know much on samsung gear, is it all type of samsung gear can use s/pay or only selective model.
On condition that your Samsung Gear supports S Pay.
i still using it till android/google pay arrived, i barely reach 20 transaction permonth due to paywave limit (not sure why, i have zero success for anything above 300) ...
It depends on the bank card your are using and also the merchant terminal. I have used Maybank and Citibank cards for purchases more than RM300, completed successfully with CIMB, Maybank and Hong Leong terminal merchant. PBB would be a problem.
i using maybank ... but fail. first try rm 700 for dinner. second try rm 1100 dinner. third try car service centre rm 3100. fourth try rm 500 dinner.
all fail, that why i don't bother anymore.
I never tried making payments for an amount more than RM750 but so far those below RM750 using CIMB and Maybank terminals have proven successful.
I feel your frustrations, but no harm in trying again in future. Just keep an eye out for the Bank merchant terminal which the retailer uses and you should be good.
i means those day i still use maybank CC .... i just cancel my CC last few month, as now using SG CC so for spay i need to use Maybank ATM card lor
Roger and copy that Bro. Just use the S Pay at and for your own convenience. Small purchase transactions made at the Samsung Pay friendly merchant will definitely be successful.
so my monthly is just 20 transaction as most small amount transaction is cafe, mcd, tesco, giant .....
Good enough. I also stopped maxing out my transactions since last month as it is hard keeping up. I am going to maintain the min of 20 transactions to keep my gold status. Anything more is considered a bonus.
In my opinion i will keep maxing out until the gear appear or reaches the last month of my points expiry and 1 shot redeem multiples items and say goodbye. Who knows maybe suddenly 20k can redeem a tv or some cool gadget.
We don't know what Samsung has in store for the upcoming rewards promotion. Hopefully it will happen like you say. Keep the dream and wishful thinking alive.
I think there might not be anything good in the coming months since Samsung just dump 2.2m for raya promo and the lucky draw.
I can dip a few more lucky draw by month end if I don't go and redeem my 1.5k expiring points.
+1 Totally agree. Just wait until they offer the item that you want to redeem, else just spend your points to redeem whatever available before they expire.
Sadly, starting August 10, 2018, earning Samsung Rewards Points via My Bixby Level service will no longer be possible, but you can continue to earn these points until that date, so make sure you make the most out it.
SME will follow too I guess
Alamak......what happened to this program? Suddenly terminate at the given date. For those who haven't reach level 16 better make haste.
I bought a wireless powerbank before using some sorry voucher from Lazada. You don't want wireless charging with powerbank. It's nice on paper but actual usage is facepalm. Wireless charging is slow but powerbank is for you to top up otg. If you use fast charging with cable, easily 20-30% in 15minutes before you reach your destination. Wireless charging ain't gonna give you anywhere near.
Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I bought myself a Tronsmart Powerbank which supports Qi wireless fast charging @ 10watts. So far, so good. Not as fast you mentioned but I am able to charge 3 devices on the go if needed.
