I am a frequent Citibank Visa user with Samsung Pay. The max transaction for filling up petrol at the kiosk terminal is 2 times which amounts to RM 400 of holding before the correct price adjustment is made. If you want to maximize your number of transactions, go inside the cashier to authorize small amount of payment, say RM30 than only followed by the transaction at the kiosk terminal x2.

Btw, just to update you, I went to Penang last week and to Gurney Plaza's Cold Storage to top up my T&G card. They no longer accept CC or Samsung Pay as mode of payment. Saddens me as I had to pay cash.
