Within 1 week, my complaint(s) resolved.

Please post as may complaints as possible so that "they" are aware...

Most of my previous complaints are not related to SPay but on the quality of food, cleanliness of washroom and Wi-Fi access...

Now, KFC give Wi-Fi access with code stated in the receipt so that outsiders can't tap the Wi-Fi "illegally" (which McD doesn't implement and hence McD Wi-Fi generally bad...)

Only one complaint I did last month related to KFC SPay service. One of their outlet (sorry can't reveal it here...) is charging minimum purchase of RM30 in order to use credit card payment (be it physical or contactless method...). So, I logged a report on the link I've shared earlier stating that Bank Negara Malaysia doesn't allow minimum purchased for CC payment. I did not expect the action to be within 48 hours as they will need time to investigate internally... So, the week after that I went to the same outlet and now can pay using CC "freely"...

We are living in the new "Rule of Law" world... Use our rights accordingly if we think we are on the right side...

And I hope this coming Aidilfitri season, there should not be roadblock here and there just to get "Ang Pow Raya" from the rakyat ... Anyway, I already follow the rules of the traffic so never got "pow" from those "kuda putih" .... And how I wish if we all could pay the fine or "denda" on the spot using SPay ... LOL... so that no "Ang Pow Raya" is blindly given to these desperate "kuda putih"...

Normally u guys go bhp terminal pumb how frequent per visit?
Previsouly I go pump 1 time RM10, then wait 5min head back to pump another RM10 to get spay points...

Last few days go to mynews aeon manjung, try to pay for bread + chipsmore. Total is less than RM10, cashier said cant use Spay. Told her that BNM said no min required, she said yes but her boss set it to min RM10.

Tried paying with more than RM250 using Spay, can wave but need to pin. At least still counted as 1 transaction for Spay..

Usually i avoid MyNews with foreign worker, they are so ignorant and act dumbshit when i try use spay.

Local staff are the best. They will try their best to assist you although came up with errors many times.

some time i in the right mood, i do that to restaurant too ... i said i have no cash and u put a signboard saying Master & Visa is accepted, so how ? food already and way less than ur min purchase and your machines is working ..... ahahahahah

Spay at italian restaurant at pantai cenang, the staff say cannot wave, i teach him about MST, he was surprised it went through.

Yesterday pump at petronas TPM, tap and notofication came in my phone, then their machine crashed, staff keeps insist the trx was cancelled, even show me a cancel receipt, have to pay in cash. thus i left and called Maybank, maybank says the trx went through ask me to do a dispute on trx   sigh.. will take 45 days to credit back

my seem like some weird issue, if i leave my power bank untouch for few day (even full batt 4 light), i can't use it, i need to plugin charger than unplug only can use for phone ....

I remembered that I experienced this phenomenon on China brand powerbank few years back. LOL

so many new campaign, dunno this month got new item to redeem or not

we might have a good news on monday .....
that will be same response NO WARRANTY because of their unfair TERM and Condition (3 day period) but our power bank go in to deep sleep after 4 day (which Samsung Aware of it but they just want us to help them clean out their RUBBISH).
Samsung produce Eb-PN930 since end of 2015 and market it on 2016 with some firmware issue (get in to deep sleep), but they ignore it.

We should have some feedback on monday (11/06/2018) 2pm.

I ask the staff can I pay separately with SPay
The staff says: cannot, minimum RM10
I ask her: who set this policy?
She says: my boss
I say: if u don't let me use, I go BNM complain your boss because merchant can't set minimum purchase

The end she let me use once (pay 2 items together)

Minimum purchase amount...?

Credit card or debit card surcharge...?

Let's work together...

Do your part as we live in the "Rule of Law" order...

I don't have FB... so, we might need to dig their statement in their FB account sometime last 1st December 2017 from 10:19AM onwards...

Whatever "hypothetically" suspected offense(s) by the merchant(s), we just lodge a report... let BNM conducts the investigations...

Regarding warranty of samsung rewards redeemed products I've ask their live chat on 2 items cause I received both without clear warranty informations.
1) vacuum cleaner. On the box there's a huge note of 2 years warranty. The rep told me 2 years and I just need to bring the delivery receipt which shows the date I received it.
2) wireless charger (April redemption). Rep told me same answer as yours - no warranty for the redeemed item after he/she checked for few minutes. I asked few follow up questions and they replied with generic 'sorry bla bla bla'. So I gave up and just accept the fact and pray I don't receive lemon unit.
