RHB is the worst SPay partner that's ever existed...you have to make bizzilion of calls to their hotline support to make everything goes back in order... basically, they are not ready to run SPay system... only use it when the primary SPay option is out of order...

If RHB is the only account you have, it's very unfortunate...

The most reliable SPay partner (as of today) is MBB and CIMB...

Not all use hong leong i have seen affin also. Happen to me when using cimb mastercard twice it detect as swipe that why if u look back at my post i did ask whether cimb mastercard support wave or not

You can pay using SPay.

Even hong leong supported spay a few place they dont let me use spay they said agent told them the system not upgraded to support spay it will mess up their system.

Samsung pay should be able to use on any terminal as long as it support CC.

Samsung pay is also not for mass market its only for selected samsung phones and i bet they must be some fee incur for bank to use with ssmsung pay because they are helping to promote the bank.

Next you should ask when android pay coming? That will be mass market any android phone can use

Lol no. Their t&c stated points not awarded need to be reported to them within 7 days. They'll process within 60 days.

I think your last month is lost case already. If you really want to test them, why not whatever missing points you encounter this month, just don't do 50 transactions. If you miss 3, do 47 transactions. Then see what they say. If they don't award then can taruk them.

Oh man... it is better not to wave anymore with KFC.

Tonight went for a dinner with kids at KFC around 8PM. I tried to wave and it wont go through. Then they said cash only, machine problem. Suddenly I received a confirmation at 9:22pm from Samsung Pay RM24.45 bill whereas I pay by cash earlier for RM50.95. This will be hard to challenge since I do not keep the receipt.

I really wonder what is going on with their system. Amount is totally different as well.

I think someone just had a free meal on me... oh well, I think I will avoid swiping at KFC ever.

I posted a feedback in kfc page and let's see if they take any action. Money wise isn't too much of a big deal but it's sad that they had such a loophole. I mean how could my spay info remain on the terminal until the next xx transaction? Luckily it was 24.45 only. If this had been few K, then it would be bad for both party.
