This is really unacceptable and unethical. Worst case scenario, lodge a complain with consumer tribunal and viral it. MNC's don't like their image to be tainted.

At least you have a clear conscience in with holding the sale of your IconX. Perhaps you can specify about the warranty with a slight price reduction compared to online retail. Buyer's who can accept would be happy to purchase. It is sad that even big MNC's flip flop on their word to honour their promise.

That is weird, I have done resetting with Pin and Pay previously and it works after when using SPay. I waited a couple of minutes though before making a new transaction. Did not encounter the "Do Not Honour" error.

Weird Ambank new terminal supports SPay but their bank cards not included in the list of Samsung Pay support banks.

But it doesn't discount the fact that not every local or foreign bank CC is able to be added in your Samsung Pay account. They should tie up with all banks to ensure mass adoption and usage.

I said mass adoption, not mass market. Why do you twist my words and veer off going about mass market and android pay? There is very little point if you have a Samsung Pay enabled phone but unable to utilise it because the credit cards which you hold are not being supported by SPay.

Btw, one should be a wise consumer and not fall into the trap of simply doing what the banks want you to. That is as good giving away one's hard earned money without a second thought.

Go to Samsung Pay support and send them a complain. They will come back with the detail of items that you will need to e-mail to my.samsungpay@samsung.com. Once done, sit tight and wait for them to revert back to you.

I think your last month is lost case already. If you really want to test them, why not whatever missing points you encounter this month, just don't do 50 transactions. If you miss 3, do 47 transactions. Then see what they say. If they don't award then can taruk them.

So sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience. I never encountered this issue before but will take note after reading your horrendous encounter.

You can try and dispute with the bank which the transaction was charged. Will definitely be an uphill battle and a hassle but it is your money after all. No harm in trying, right?

An error or loophole is still considered a mistake just not that life threatening or grievous. Really hope they find the bugs and fix it up before it starts gathering more victims. Few K??? Nope, hence why they generally only allow small transaction amounts per wave of up to RM250. The entire system is not fully matured or fool proof as you have experienced.
