I left out for Gym 5 years ago, and i was doing weight lost and lean muscles.
I was taking Protein name MP Muscle Pharm Combat.

But now i want to resume back to the gym and continue to lose weight, and build some seriuos muscle, not to big but can see it in a nice shape.
What will be the best recommendation of protein for me?

Need advise.

If the whey protein that you took previous works, then there is no reason to change I think.

read some actual beginner guides mate

i found these few keywords in your post and i really suggest you spend 2 hours and read something before asking questions like which protein to take, lose fat gain muscle at the same time, and muscular but not too big kind of bull shit

There are programs like 3 days full body, stronglift, PPL, 5/3/1, PHAT and others.

just choose one that you like and start lifting

If you do not know how much you are eating, what you are eating, supplement doesn't matter.

Chicken breast + eggs + brown rice + veggies + ON whey + Creatine + Oats

Eat accordingly. but ideally calories intake < calories burned to lose weight

roughly like that lahh.. cheapest option already...

So who said fats make you fat? Who said carbs make you fat. Those are not culprits. Over eating is.

Apa salahan nasi bryani, kari ayam, kari kambing? Took too much fats in that meal? Reduce the fat amount in your next meal. So how much of calories are you taking now?

I thought of making dehydrated meat with chicken breast, dry them until it taste like keropok because it more caloric densed and easy to eat for a small eater. Googled them and usually people make them for dog snack.
Just try my luck if anyone has making them before? Does dehydration damage the protein content and nutrition value?

In your case you should really take some isolate or something like that. That way they do not have so much fat at all in their formula, but they are very costly in the long run at all. How much more do you need to loose ? I think you need to try my advice along with some casein.

Same as protein. Less likely you're gonna get to harmful level through normal consumption.

Whey protein or meat's creatine content too little for ppl to worry about.

If you have high level then first thing you want to do is to have your kidney checked.
