Hello all Sifus

I own a property in SE2 but seldom have foul smell problem. Maybe due to orientation. I am not an agent and have no agenda.

For similar pricing and space, it's hard to find in PJ or KL area. I used to work in KL and agree that travel time is daunting. But since I am in my 40s, I reckon this area is decent once I am about to retire or work from home. Traffic jams and crowded area are not my thing.

Everyone will have different priority. Any additional amenities near here will be a bonus. For now, this township is good enough for my family with combination of peace, cheaper pricing, and freehold status.

Yes mate. We used to live near the city area etc. Daily grind, noise/traffic pollutions

Post Covid, started to appreciate greenery/nature and peaceful walks more...and Club 360 is fantastic

Wish Ecohill Mall has a cinema and more food selections. But on weekends, our family just need a nice cafe/kopitiam/restaurant to chill

In any case, IOI Resort Mall is just a 30min drive away, which is a great mall that serves all our needs..
