For those whom ever wanted to study in UMP ,this palce is good but there is some miner problem such as water shortage,net freaking slow and many page they block (includes Adobe FlashDownload page ).Even if u have broadband it is no use here .If u can live with all that UMP is good for u.For me its hard bcoz i cant live without net

man more holidays now due to H1N1 it good but wat i scared is later they will extend our sem

yep, heard rumour that ministry of health is drafting some memo to close down all the public unis. even without that, all the classes and activities are still being canceled... very tension, since nothing is getting done.

i got moved from Gf to 4f cause of this h1n1 business, all i can say is the internet line here is GOOD. i'm hoping that they'll let us stay here for the rest of the sem. for the blocked pages... i just go to block X lab (since i am under fskkp anyway) to access... so far so good.

anyone bought tickets to go back for raya yet?

u stay which block? normally higher u stay, the internet connection will in low strength. i bought ticket go bck for raya, on 11/9. i scare ticket sell finish so fast fast go buy. u?

i need to know how to download at block x because i try to acess certain page but they block .For me i only know how to download anime only.

man i am realy unsatified on ump.Why the hell they have to block the websites at KK2.If its porn webpage is ok but evan adobe flash palyer webpage also they block.What is all about ??

it will go very slow.. even now the connection also vry slow.
if u wan dwl movie or anime, u go block w durin at 9 to dwl.. many ppl go there dwl even my roommate went there.

i really hate people who use uni line to download/torrenting/p2p....
this take a lot of bandwitch.....making normal internet surfing really slow....

this type of people should apply their own internet line....
there is already some student that create hosting site so other student can download move like rionixx....
why dun they download movie from there instead

but theh movies there is not up to today.with torrent we are able to watch the latest movies.Then for the net speed ump can extre speed servers.

u think ump wan speed up their server n internet speed cos wan let students dwl movie? if u wan watch latest movie, either watch at cinema or get ur own line like P1WIMAX or celcom but celcom is very slow at ump..

Which side of block W can use for downloading movies? besides library? i might consider going there to download some movies.
