Default shader clock is 1200mhz. Core/shader clock will affect a card's performance the most compared to memory. 50mhz over the core is about same as 200mhz over the memory.

i dunno if location will determine ur 'waiting period' when RMAing...coz if u buy from shop too, u still need to do 'waiting period'...coz most of the time, the item will be send back to factory and be troubleshoot. hard to get 1 on 1 replacement (for sure some shop provide it, but i belive there must be limit for how long the shop can endure 1 on 1 replacement)...at the end RMA is a must.

and for those who ought to go for sli setup...be prepare for the heat issue...actually the percentage of ur secondary gc to heat up so quite high coz the space is limited by ur casing.it seem the heat keep circling in that thightened space.i used stacker and align both side fan for in and out air circulation and found out that the temp reduced a little...3~4C...air in aligned directly to the fan and air out directly to the hot air out grill.got the temp idling at 70~72C but if reversely change the fan circulation, it will crawl to 76~78C!!

hope can let go off this card ASAP.

I believe you are not using Asus GC , so try and find out from Asus user becos Asus GC is slightly higher becos as review the fan is moving slower and quieter, so dont simply give some jazz.

Why don't you input some info here of your card's temp since you are using one yourself?
I guess the fan still not at high speed yet cause around 70% and above you should be able to hear a difference in noise level.

Hi there, why your temp so high, my idle @ 61-63 and load @ 72-74, by the way do you have any freeze problem when you run aquamark3 for few times the whole pc will freeze.

Btw, thats the thing abt BFG or EVGA cards.. its more ex, yet doesnt bundled any games... i wonder its expensive becoz its a U.S company or wut..

I meant for example MSI looks better value/deal to me, its pre-oc and has Company of Heroes Collectors Edition bundled, which the game itself oredi cost at least rm100bucks, no?..

Coz my fren can get it at the same price for either MSI or Winfast 

I think im more towards to MSI due its pre-oc and Winfast has "meh" bundles.. but i do confess... i do like its "Transform'ish" heatsinkfan... heh 

By the think of it, i never actually owned/have any MSI products before.. so far all my gfx cards are from Winfast Leadtek since Geforce2 era to Geforce7 era... heh

So, thinking of trying MSI this time , wutcha think guys?..

waah all of u can run COH wif ur 8800GTS??i alredy using 2 diffrent brand of gts, still the game wont work properly..using Asus, the game cannot be load...hear the sound but no pic...and wif BFG,somehow all the screen turn to yellow and hear a sound..no figure of any 3d object appear...is there any fix or patch for COH??

if HD2900XT can handle 90'C.. why not 8800GTX

ur msi dont come with COH? hmm..weird..my msi comes with it..
