If you are wise, you would wait for the New version of the N82 just like other Nokia flagship products which had alot of users on it, E.g N73, N93 , N95 they all have a new version or an enhanced version..So just wait untill Nokia releases it, and you'll be so when the new version is out.

I think lots of N95 Classic people being pissed off with the N95 8GB release, also the retail price seems to be lower than the classic N95. I think this one might be coming out with a black metallic finish with 8GB internal memory perhaps with larger battery capacity as well. Hmm maybe they'll remove the camera lense protector as well...

IMHO, i dont think there will be upgraded version of N82. currently nokia launched 3 new Nseries to replace previous models.

Multimedia: N95 8GB replace N95
Imaging: N82 replace N73
Music: N81 8GB replace N91

if N82 upgraded to 8GB, it probably will disrupt nokia intended market

actually i thought of getting N82 as my secondary phone to compliment my N95, but after reading multiple reviews, i changed my minds due to this few reasons.
1. picture quality still the same, cuz camera module same as N95-1/N95-2/N95-3

2. speaker sound weak

3. kinda huge size for a candybar phone, eventhough screen only 2.4in

4. battery capacity still low

@ bold sentence : Still low ? I went through review on a blog posted few pages ago, the PROTOTYPE phone battery can stand for 12 hours and still counting for continuous of song playing

1. Picture Quality is still better the N95-1, N95-2, N95-3 although it uses the same cmos sensor module.

2. Sound Quality is better then N95-1, N95-2, N95-3, it is louder also.

3. It's not large, it's the same size with N73, which is a standard size.

4. Battery is comparable to the N95-2 and N95-3 . So it's not a small capacity.

So please get your facts rite please, I'm not trying to flame you or anything i just want other forumers to get the wrong info about this device.

1. No, it's the same. the only advantages is Xenon flash, which improved the ability to capture photo in low light.

2. I didnt states sound quality. i meant the speaker . moreover, i cant comment anything on sound quality as i cant hear/test it, compare to photo quality which can be seen/inspect on screen.

3. N73 is large to me

4. I stated battery capacity lol. not battery life . it's BP-6MT 1050mah, same with N81. N95-1 BL-5F 950mah. yes, N81/N82 undeniably last long but it's due to smaller screen and single core 369mhz cpu.

pls read words by words and understand before give any comments. it's just my opinions

BTW, when is this N82 will be launch in malaysia?
I now finding some good hp to replace my current K800i...I kind of lazy to use Sony ericsson already..

The xenon flash is enough to justify that it is better than the latter.

about the size is almost the same like n73

screen like n81

going inside the menu very fast might be because of without chinese version

cant try out the sound and camera cause is been wrapped up

not so heavy just like holding n73,finger print magnet at the keypad side

very easy to handle the keypad no doubt is small

selling on sg wang at rm2499 didnt ask for the micro sd size cause the seller look like shit when i ask to much question so forget it for the price rm2499 i think better go for zitron set rm2399 coming next week so guys anyone of you have try out this little baby please update here thanks
