I just register the RM99 postpaid plan, so i do speed test on my Neffos C5s(LTE band 5) and i got 1Mbps, ok i think it might be my low grade phone, So i change to Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite(LTE band 5, Band 38, Band 40), But i still getting 1Mbps.. So What the heck is going on???

Maybe still lock to Band 5?
Unless you can change the Band to either band 38 or 40.

Last time I try out Unifi wireless broadband (60gb 79/- pm) with Huawei B618-65d router (band 5) , I could only get 1-3 Mbps.

So I canceled straight away and sold the b618. I then bought second hand Huawei E5186-22a (band 38) insert Unifi prepaid sim , speed above 30mbps.

So now I subscribe every month Unifi Bebas unlimited 80/- pm , although capped at 7-8 Mbps, still satisfied. My monthly usage around 300gb data (Netflix HD and download movies). Sometimes festive occasions can get 55/- pm unlimited add-on.

My Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite with Unifi Prepaid at home can get max 13mbps. The place near TM service center in my area can get up to 55mbps.

Capped at 7-8mbps can play Astro GO in HD?

Don't use Astro Go.

hi guys..just curious, im using unifi bebas unlimited (xmas promo) in huawei e8372 and also unifi unlimited postpaid (webe) in p20pro..use it at taman langat murni sepang (which are within coverage based on unifi website)..but speed very very slow around 1Mbps only..dont know which tips/tricks that i missed..stream video not smooth and not hd e.g netflix/astro go

Lucky for you. Meanwhile i change to my friend's Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime (LTE band 5, 38 and 40) and i force the phone running band 38 (samsung phone code *#2263#) and got full signal but 4g data connection is not running..
TM seriously need to explain this issue...

Meanwhile I still left 3GB from the 20GB. It seems I only use 1GB+ per month

Yes, been using its mobile data since it launched. Although not usable without 4G but won't be staying long at the place without 4G or use WiFi.

after data finished purchase 8GB so can last for 6 months
