Christmas promo has changed to "Prosperity Special promo" now.
Does this mean RM55 monthly promo for CNY?
My current RM55 hasn't ended yet.

Hi, anyone facing reload problem via the app? Topup twice amount of rm10 but both did not show up in the acc

Mine also have problem with online reload. Failed but the amount is shown on the apps.

Goddamn TM. Went to TMPoint Kajang at 11am to get a B618. 3:30pm only can walk out with it. Stupid company. Now how do I terminate the RM79 plan?

Just request to port from digi and got the sim from tmpoint. Lets see how long will this take. Previously port from celcom to digi took only 24hours. Haven't got the sms from digi to confirm the port out though

I'm using unifi mobile bebas in candy bar (non smartphone) , can this phone received bank tac ? Already 2nd day port in still can't receive Ambank tac. Do i need to call them or automatically can ok ?

Some technical issue. I was first in line at the new registration counter. Registration and payment of RM565 all very fast. Then when the guy tried to setup the plan, there would be an error after he enters the SIM's ICCID. All he can do is send an email to his support. He can't even call them. Really stupid. Not the CS fault, I know but I was getting really pissed off.

Last month digi rejected me twice for stupid reason "Non Fulfillment of Contract Obligation" on prepaid plan because of "system problem". Took 6 days to port out successfully.

Lol same thing happened to me. How did you proceed? Got the same reason for my failed port out request, called digi cs and they said something about me auto subscribed to free weekly streaming pass. Then she said its now settled at their end i need to contact unifi to reapply. Dunno where to contact unifi now to reapply. Tried the livechat at the unifi website but the cs there told me to contact via unifi app. Tried the unifi app but theres only form to submit. Tried callng 100 but theres no option for unifi mobile. Now dunno howto proceed and i would love to avoid visiting tmpoint again.

Scratch that, contacted unifi via fb and they've initiated the port in process again, got sms from unifi instantly. Crossing fingers and hoping this would be a success this time. Stupid digi making life harder

Keep request cs to port in from mobile@unifi app.Tap track order and key in details after that tap the bottom of the screen start live chat then tell them resubmit port out request with your details (mobile no, IC, email).
