do some user from Besut terengganu who has problem to call in and to received call yesterday ?
celcom user also has same problem since my mother mobile phone also cant receive and make phone call

Anyone knows why the weekly / daily / 2-hours unlimited data add-ons has disappeared?
Currently, only see ONE RM55/month unlimited data.
Is unifi mobile going to stop offering these add-ons?

I just checked, only RM55 promo is available. Maybe try check again in 2 days after the promo ends if they added it again.

You could be right.
Maybe, unifi mobile app has some glitch.
Or, they're pushing people to buy the promo plan.
Just hope they'll be back after this promo offer ended.

Tried searching for available network at my house. Using wife's phone. Surprised unifi name poped up in the available network list.
Upon checking, realised vivo y53 has band 5.
Ordered 1 sim to test ASAP.

If i register now, is there any cool down period before i can port out to other telco?

And also I will be studying at Australia next feb, can i send sms from my unifi number to other Malaysian number there? To keep my number active

browsing in shopee lead to find a 4g lte modem. Don't know the brand.

Does someone here use this modem for unifi mobile? Using my wife's phone shows a decent 20Mbps speed.

I guess there is no cooling period, can straight away port out to other telco.
But if you are in oversea country, ensure you need to subscribe roaming services (e.g purchase roaming pass) in order to send sms back to Malaysia number.

And answered it myself.

Unifi Mobile SIM acquired Dec 7. Online port-in to Digi on the same day. Digi SIM received Dec 12. The port-out process only starts when I've received the SIM. Port-out completed the next day.

Anyone know if unifi limit max hotspot? Using iPhone can only connect up to 3 devices then I cannot connect the 4th.. thanks
