have you try to manual force signal to unifi? do you live close to singapore?

Hi, how do I manually force signal to unifi? I'm in KL

If you manual to Unifi, it won't automatic switch to Celcom if no coverage for Unifi

UniFi Mobile is NOT "suitable" for primary number... Only suitable as data only or secondary line...better port out this primary number to other more reliable telco(s)...

This is due to UniFi Mobile will keep on alternating between LTE and non-"LTE" signal if there is bad coverage or interference(s)...the hand-shake between LTE to non-"LTE" (vice versa) takes more than 30 seconds...so, during these hand-shake period, any incoming call(s) won't get thru...

actually this is my 2nd number because is a VIP number, just want to keep my number for active only

But I am in PJ area, doesn't believe this can happen

I used my primary number to call my 2nd number also cant reach for 2 days.

I know some unifi mobile user affected too

I think you lock ur phone to LTE/4G.
It ur phone dont have volte, u can't receive call because it uses 3G.
U try enable 3g also & make call. see how

didnt lock oh
I tried 3G only and 4G only, both also cant do incoming calls

2 days cant use but lucky yesterday evening able to receive incoming calls

I think only way is install unifi mobile apps

Check the order sent to ur registered email, should be written inside.

Even installing he can't login since he dont know his phone number

I think this will show "unknown", the number isnt stored in sim card these days.

The number are not stored in the SIM

Pinjam friend's unifi mobile apps chat with CS, provide IC should be able to retrieve the phone #.
Or else have to walk in TM Point

You are right, it just shows the manually keyed in number from Sim Management.

Try dialer code *#*#4636#*#*. Goto "Phone Information" menu.

I tried in Kangar,and got 4g and sometime 3G but when i go lepak at Kurong Tengar Trek,3g onli and when approching the Kuala Sungai Baru,the line go krazy,somehow 4g,sometime 3g,i think the most stable in Perlis state are Celcom because i'm using the celcom line as 2nd line,all place got 4g even in kampung-kampung place.

Has the weekly RM20 unlimited data being extended?
It's supposed to end in July
