I had stay Grand Ion Delemon,nice view and fully facilities. Book few times fully book. Finally get it. After stay I bought Ion Majestic 😂! Love that air and view on top of hill.

380 sq ft (studio) , 620 sq ft (2 bed 1 bath), 800 sq ft ( 3 bed 2 bath)

Which will be a better investment?

3bed room seems nice to target family

2 bed 1 bath seems like a good balance but only 1 bath so everyone need to share

studio agent said very competetive if want to sell in future as there's many units.

Any thoughts ?

If grr is not restore by the end of extended loan moratorium, those depending on grr to pay loan installment could be stressed.

Loan interest incurred during loan moratorium period may render the investment under water.

After reading those comments from FB link posted above, I wonder how they can get court order to stop owner to sue them for delay in paying GRR.

You could sue them, they will just declare bankrupt and close down company (standard practice in all GRR project)

If u pay attention, all projects with GRR are registered under new company or subsidiary, never main board company

Some go as far as appointing a management company to handle GRR. Whatever problems with delayed or non-payment are directed at the management company which can close down anytime.

Pity those buyers who are suffering due to the GRR being delayed. Worse come to worst they can just turn their unit into ABnB when the theme park open .

They also allow first 2 years GRR (7%) to be added into down payment, so those GRR are paid upfront.
