Shopee Huawei the other day don't have the wall charger

Warning to those buying on Shopee...don't buy from tan.onlinstore889. He canceled my order saying that poslaju lost the parcel and he will give me refund and he will deal with poslaju. But the item was in "To Ship" status until he canceled the order, meaning to say that it hasn't even been shipped out. Only when he canceled the order then suddenly a poslaju tracking code magically appear.

I don't know if he doesn't have ready stock or not willing to sell because I apply the promo code to deduct RM150. It is very suspicious because if I am a seller and I have shipped out the item, I will not give customer full refund for item lost in transit without dispute. But he is saying that poslaju lost the item and he will deal with poslaju himself.

His rating is very good in shopee so I am very surprised this kind of issue can happen. Looks like Shopee seller rating is not reliable. And sad to say I cannot join the P20 pro club. What a bad experience with tan.onlinstore889 on Shopee.

I only trust ebay, lelong, lazada, aliexpress and amazon...lol....never try shopee

I am glad you don't have to go through this disappointing experience like me..I only share this in hope that others won't face the same problems. But at least Shopee customer service is quite responsive and give me a replacement voucher code. Maybe it's just that seller tan.onlinstore889 that is a bad apple.

Ya I am so sad...I even bought a mobile case for the P20 Pro that was never meant to be
Now I am giving it away to my friend because Nova 3 is going to launch xD

at least u got the refund.. probably due to no stock?! not sure the actual reason behind.. but discount code should able to use back.. try again..

put 1 star rating, and comment at the page, also go complain to shopee.

I got my P20 from tanceline33 on shopee last week, no issues.. Shipped the same day I bought & got it the next day (I paid extra RM 8 to have it shipped via GDEx)..

Not sure about the P20 Pro, but her P20 was the cheapest I can find across all shopping sites the day I bought it..

I cannot give rating because the transaction didn't complete and I got a full refund (which hasn't been credited back to me yet btw). I think the seller just wants to protect his rating la so he faster void the transaction to prevent me from giving a bad rating.

This is a different seller from the rogue one I encountered which is tan.onlinstore889. The display picture also different. Glad you got your P20.

Ya.. I know is different seller.. just sharing in case you're considering other sellers.

Because I think I can live with a less capable camera. Specs wise is the same as P20 Pro so I thought why not save another RM900~ But if you guys have any comments I'm happy to hear your thoughts or other recommendations

no point reporting user coz shopee doesn't bother and would not take action.

maybe all you can get is try to ask for an equivalent voucher value for your next purchase.

Yes, everyone on LYN has been saying about how shopee sides its sellers not buyers. It is well ingrained in me now

I have gotten another replacement voucher but the items that I can use the voucher to purchase are very limited. Nonetheless I am glad shopee responded.

Same. I got my second P20 from tanceline33.
But not sure if I got a lemon unit. The volume rocker buttons are a bit wobbly compared to my very first P20 which I purchased last April.

I don't intend on returning because it's working perfectly and could be some variance in quality control.

i bought one from china, works like charm, for a fraction of the cost at their physical store but more expensive than your 65 bucks (together with an extra 5A cable).
absolutely no complain.

how much is it at their official store?
