I'm interested in the type A 800sqft, plan to get 1 for own stay, then turn to investment after i can afford a bigger house.

Hi guys. Going to sign spa this wednesday. Got the 2r2b unit block C level 47. Still got rebate for 20k++ for fully furnished unit. The bank offered me 3.15% loan for 32 years. |
