It is worth to trade in 2017 Vvt to face-lift?
How much trade in value?
*
Only worth it if no outstanding loan or current car paid in cash. If not, still not worth it.

Heard that cvt lifespan shorter.
Compare to 4at
Is that true?
*
Never owned a car with 4at before. So no idea.

However one of the oldest cars I owned with a cvt is already 7 years & never broke down.

Same with this persona as well, almost 2 years

the new persona 2019 cvt got improvement or not compare to predecessor.
pening either bezza premium x or persona std auto
*
It's a no brainer. Bezza shouldn't even be considered when compared to persona, period.

Anyone experience fluctuate radio volume problem? Have to keep adjust volume button
How to solve that problem?
Premium model~
*
Happened some times to me. But only rarely. Since I cannot make the problem to reoccur successfully.

The SC cannot help me solve the problem. So I decided to go with the flow until the problem becomes more frequent.

Usually 2 years. But when you go for service they usually will advice you to replace if it falls below a certain threshold.

Normally around RM200++. If you want cheaper battery don't do it at SC.
*
My original battery only last 1.5 years. The battery checker at the SC is unreliable. One week before kong, already checked battery condition during service. Supposed to last till the next service (in 6 months).

I blame the equipment supplier as the same thing happened to me with my 508 SW when I sent to service at Peugeot SC. The equipment used was similar

Then I think it is better to gauge yourself? e.g. if the car takes a long time / difficult to start.
*
Never had that issue or indication before it happened. That was the other gripe I have. No indication, suddenly one morning just a low battery signal & then cannot start the car.

Hi to all sifu Owner Persona,, want to ask anyone pernah install 17 inch or 16 inch of R3 sport Rim at your new Persona , and usually what brand brand of tyres are suitable to use at 17 inch or 16 inch R3 sport Rim ?

Actually it's too much to install a 17 inch sport Rim at new Persona ? Sila bincang ....

17 inch ☝️

OR ....

16 inch ☝️
*
The recommended tyre size if you want to upsize rim is 205/45R16.

16 inch should be it, 17 inch is just overkill & sidewall height is too small

yup,, agree with U bro,, few of the owner also suggest upgrade 16 inch but the Tyre size is 205 / 24 R16 , it's too low of the tyre height ? it's recommend tyre size at 205 / 50 or 60 R16 ?
*
Stick to the recommended 205/45R16

Changing to a 50 or 60 profile tyre will just make your tyre diameter much bigger than original size & most likely will hit fender when going over bumps or turning the wheel.

In ur opinion would 195/50/15 be better on the persona than 195/55/15?

195/55R15 easier to get.

To me 15" shod with PS3 is anytime better than 16" with chapalang tyres.
*
True as well. 15 inch tyres is the best compromise & balance for this car.

Prices vary from 210 to 230 per piece of 195/55R15 PS3 in KV. Best ture for this size.

Looks like a fender bender. 205/45/R17? Go over bump sure hit the fender.

Should be 205/45/R16 or 205/40R17

U go for 205/40 sure kena also if the sport rim spec doesn't meet certain requirement. My sport rim for sure kena eventhough it is et38 coz it is 8jj. 205/40 also still kena. Give me the rare size the 195/45 also still kena. Don't want sagat, stay standard forever. 🤣
*
You're right. Your sport rim is too wide.

Mine is 7jj, so far okay no fender bender. 195/55R15 tire size

But 1 thing for sure... Once u go for 17", then lowered it, sure sagat. Haha. 15", yes... Depends on rim size and lowered or not. Not lowered, go for 10jj et0 pun still not sagat unless overload 🤣🤣

Try petronas 95 n see.
Mine is few days old n it runs superbly good .  No jerking at all.  Only i feel the aircond is not so cold maybe bcse persona has big windows. Another issue is radio will auto on everytime starting the car or in R gear. A really value for money car
*
This persona has a smaller aircond compressor than the Saga FLX. That is why the aircond takes a longer time to cool the car.
