Of course. You can login Celcom Online Customer Service to check the normal data usage. For Video Walla, you may need to message them or call their hotline to check the details.
*
So far Video Walla usage there is no way to check beside calling them to check?

I had called them yesterday and what I understand from them is P2P is not allow for this Huawei B618 router. They had received several report from different customers and still in the midst of resolving the issue.

B618 has virtual server setting option but seems like just unable to work

I used a port checking software and found out that in B618 there is no open port at all. Please do let us know if Celcom update you on the issue.

Hello everyone.

I gotten the Home Wireless Broadband 150 package from Blue Cube Paradigm Mall on the 19th May. Apparently my device is Simlock and Celcom confirm with me that the device is not suppose to be lock and they didn't assist me any further. Maybe earlier adopters of the package don't have their routers Simlock.

Wonder if they will give me the key if I terminate the package and force to buy the device...
*
How to verify if it is simlock?

I insert a different telco sim card into the B618 router. Only Celcom sim card given with the router works. The Mode light on the router will be a solid red and when you check in the 192.168.8.1 the message pops up saying

UNLOCK DEVICE
The device has been locked. Contact your ISP to obtain the SIMLOCK code. Enter the correct SIMLOCK code to unlock the device. If the remaining numbers of unlock attempts is 0, the device will be permanently locked.
*
You didn't ask for the simlock code to unlock the B618? Try go to ask for the simlock code. They should give you the code. I'm gonna check if my B618 is simlock later.

I am in the Celcom Blue Cube Paradigm mall and I have been informed that the device is Simlock irregardless of situation (ie early cancellation and not returning device or after 2 yrs contract). So even if you fulfill the 2 years with Celcom and the device is technically yours the router will only work with Celcom line.

Returning mine after just just 6 days of usage. I really love Celcom speed and stability in Petaling Jaya area. But Celcom have many conflicting statements which annoys me. Celcom Fb Massenger say that it is not locked and when I show them proof they twist you asking you to go in circles until you give up. Only at Blue Cube they confirm that it is actually locked.
*
So they refuse to give you the unlock simlock code? I put in u-mobile sim card into my B618 it work perfectly. Mode in aqua blue color and can log into 192.168.8.1 showing U-Mobile. The only problem is still I'm unable to activate listening port (port forward). I think B618 port forward is locked. Anybody know how to unlock it?

When did you get your Huawei B618 router? I am guessing the older batches are not Simlock. I applied for mine on 19th May. If you do apply best have it check before you leave the Blue Cube center. Put in a different telco sim card in and if the Mode light on the router is a solid red then it probably is locked. Best put in the Celcom sim card in 1st to test the router is working as intended (all aqua blue colour lights lit up) and then put in a different telco sim card. Another way to test is to go to 192.168.8.1 of the router and the 1st thing you will see is router is locked if a different simcard is in.

Hope Celcom don't decide to update the firmware of the router to be simlock after couple months in. Blue Cube didn't have the code to unlock it and it stays lock to Celcom according to the Blue Cube I went to.
*
I applied it on May 6. You can update the firmware yourself as it is available on the internet. By the way the firmware can't be auto update right? And even if Celcom decided to update the firmware to simlock it we still have the say to update it or not right?

Try to do firmware update for Huawei B618 and perform factory reset. It will overwrite the lock simcard option in the router and restore back to default unlock variant.
*
Have you done that before?

It works? I tried this with phones and it doesnt work tho. If it works, it's a miracle.

But what I understand is that, when you turn on any telecommunication device, it will send a signal to like a server with a database full of IMEIs. Then it will check for ur device's IMEI inside. If found inside like a "locked" section of the database, then will return "LOCKED" or watever they want the server to return. Otherwise, it will let it run.

That is what I read from last time somewhere on how IMEI blocking works. Can't find it right now.
*
Then it's doom even if we manage to flash it as the IMEI of the device is listed as lock
