what u need to do is go to CELCOM TTDI. why? Because that is the only place that can registered for you.

I tried Celcom Prima Gombak before. A week after that, they said they cant register the modem under my name becoz of the system error.

So i got a called from celcom, Rianna, she said the only celcom that can register is Celcom TTDI. When i got there i ask them how many people

have registerd for this celcom wifi broadband ? they said.. im the first one.. =.="

but before you go, make sure you do the speedtest on your phone first.. then you show it to them..

thats all.

plus it have 30 days trial. so just give it a try..

Yeah i did check on the website. Got the same thing as yours. "Area not covered"


Oh ok will try and gl TTDI celcom and sign up tomorrow. Haha not many people sign up yet the wireless, hope the speed can maintain for a long time.

but i can play 4k video on vimeo without lagging at all.

was looking into this as well since the modem is quite attractive. but if the speed for Video Walla is capped then there is no point for them to offer the 1TB quota.

yup.. agreed. but at my house area i dont have any option other than this. since unifi ports full, there are nothing they can do. they just ask me to wait until someone move out from my house
area and they going to replace that port for me.

most user sign up this just wanted the modem huawei B618, as far as the plan concern, they cancel it within 1st or 2nd week after they sign up and pay penalty rm499 to get the modem with 2 years warranty from huawei

i ddnt know anything bout this modem until u mention about it.. it cost about rm1500 at lazada.. plus i can install Panorama DMM Portable MiMo Ultra Wideband Antenna for better coverage.

This is proper broadband plan, your digi 150 in fact is mobile phone plan, total different product, if use for broadband just subscribe to celcom, ignore digi 150

This unit just Rm50 at lazada bro.
If you got full coverage, adding antenna is not useful.

Plus B618 is using TS-9, not SMA. I got SMA-TS9 adapter from Taobao. RM10 for both I think.

The speed not bad. Averaging at 50-60mbps. Want to try with prepaid digi later on if the speed same or better. Do antenna increase the coverage ? I ask Lazada Seller Sing4G. He said that antenna doesnt increase at all for B618 because internal antenna already better. But if u buy antenna. Do let me know the result. If it increase much, i also want to buy. Haha
