Is it mandotary to apply auto billing when register home wireless broadband? can we use debit card to apply auto billing?

Not at all. Subjected to your preference. Auto billing can give you 5% discount on top of the package.

The lowest package has 25Gb intenet, seems not enough for me sad.gif

Need at least 30 - 40G.. so one day 1G usage

Just called celcom helpline. For celcom home wireless, you can’t receive SMS. Hence they advised to update email address with celcom for opening ocs account.

1. Does this works in area no 4G only H+?
2. The video WALLA what is the limit?
3. If subscribe to this celcom wireless is the hua wei router/modem free or i need to buy for RM500?

4. If Home Wireless Gold Plus= 50GB . What does 100GB means? for video?
5. Is this plan contract?

Subject to your subscription package. 40GB, 100GB and 1TB.

The Huawei model is loan by Celcom. It is given for free* while you subscribed Celcom broadband wireless package. Early termination is subjected to a one-off penalty RM499 in reducing method based on the 24 months contract.

4. If Home Wireless Gold Plus= 50GB . What does 100GB means? for video?

50GB is the data availability for your normal usage while the 100GB for Video Walla.

5. Is this plan contract?

Yes. Subjected to 24 months contract.

For me, I just enabled VPN to access adobe.com. Yesterday I received called from Celcom personnel pertaining to this issue and I feedback to them again the problem of their home wireless network compared with their conventional postpaid network.

During first launch of Digi Infinite, there was also unable to load adobe website.
I guess the website maybe under certain range of IP address or related to P2P technology, which is filtered out and forgot to add into exception.
If i am not wrong, Digi took few weeks to solve this issue.
