Actually the overall penalty cost solely based on RM526. There is no hidden cost occur as I checked with their customer service representative from Blue Cube The Gardens. Make sure deal with the service centre you subscribed the package.

There is no issue for you to watch 2160p 4K video at all. The only concerned is the data being use while you watch high resolutions videos. For me, I had upgraded my package from Gold Plus to Platinum with 1TB of Video Walla data. So far so good and feel the speed improved when loading website. Not sure why there is some different in loading speed.

How long it took to upgrade the package?
Can just call them or go to the counter?

If based on rm526 then i will be glad so the penalty is the router not the plan but then why put contract 24months . So if i stay after 24months router is free but if i cancel before 24months they will just discount off the router? Because earlier i calculated rm106 x24 months = rm2544

It's within half to 2 hours. Very fast for upgrade.

I did ask this she said need wait after 30 days only can upgrade.

At the moment i am quite happy with this celcom over my yes 4G. Everything so smooth.

Yes. After 30 days can proceed to upgrade. The surfing experience is completely changed with Huawei B618 router.

I just confirm with celcom you are right its solely based on rm499+ 6% + final bill.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the service provided by Celcom. Their after sales service to deal with various issues is good. At least better than TM customer care.

You subscribed to which package? I had called them few days ago to calculate the breakdown of the monthly charges. First month is calculated based on pro-rated basis, 2nd month is in full amount of subscription. For my case, my total sum is RM178 (inclusive of 6% GST) due to 1st month was subscribed to Gold Plus package and after 30 days do the upgrade to Platinum package.

I'm using Streamyx 4Mbps (it's the only plan at my area. There is no fiber cable not even Streamyx 8Mbps) the problem is the line keep breaking off especially when it's raining. I've been complaining to TM but seems like they have no idea what's happening and finally told me copper wire is like that. I'm thinking of moving to Celcom Home Wireless Gold Plus. My question are as follow. Hope you guys can help
1. Does the Video Walla has speed cap? (I watch Astro online and Youtube quite frequent)
2. Is Youtube included under Video Walla? Last night I check I don't see Youtube in the Video Walla category.
2. Will I still be able to download torrent? (I use BitComet to download torrent)
3. Any other things that I should be aware of?

Why dont you go get it and try? Its free to apply and if you not happy return the modem within 30days and you dont need to pay anything

1. Yes got video cap its 100gb and normal data is 50GB but i u streamyx alot of online movies i have a feeling 100gb wont be enough. my first week it already hit 13.76GB .

2. In my opinion i feel this plan will be alot better than your streamyx 4mbps i easily can get 80mbps in my house area.

It doesnt separate walla and normal data so i do not know how much my video left

No speed cap but do have quota limit, which is 100GB per month. If you're those who always watch HD or 4K video quality, better upgrade the plan to platinum package. Hassle free and no worry about the quota limit which is being allocated for 1TB.

Yes. It is being included in the Video Walla package and separated from the 50GB normal data usage.

Im using RM159 package. I called them yesterday and they said they will contact me next week regarding about this.
