Coz during peak hour the traffice in front of pantai permai is very bad, so i think this road going to be a shortcut

i already bought one unit low cost house in wilayah few years ago
can i buy this house now? this is really tempting.
price wise is almost similar in that area if compare to Pantai Permai and Pantai Indah.
