this one by IJM Land right? i read something in the online newspaper, and I quickly went to their sales office in pantai dalam...but they said dunno when want to lauch, dont have the exact date yet..

.aaaaaand now when I saw this post, i remember what I read:

soo....from RM300k, Tengku Adnan ask IJM to lower the price to RM245k and they supposedly agreed..now when lauch RM275k? anything can in bolehland

Their website are giving 10% discount for early bird so most probably the 245k is deducted for DP 10%.

I think lift ratio and how it is configured is more important than units/floor..

Nobody want to wait forever at lift lobby and aside occasionally sound of people walk passing by, hardly ppl will loiter at corridor. As property owner need to get priority right.

IJM dy start offering something similar called deferred payment similar to that of SP Setia's 10:90 scheme and Ecoworld sometime late last year for a number of their projects. Before that, Sunway also followed this path.

Not sure if the other big-name developers like MRCB, YTL, etc. will jump on the bandwagon soon. Only time will tell...
