Ya this Suria Pantai no update yet from dev side...already registered on their website long time ago but didn't get any reply. Wait first lo..

Hmm...just had a look at wikimapia. The place is nearby the sewage treatment plant. Wouldn't be there foul smell?

I live nearby, definitely no smell..quite peaceful place in front of bukit kerinchi

I see...I wonder if we can pick which unit to get but most probably it's gonna be balloting.

Any cons of the surrounding area other than facing cemetery? Was eyeing this along with Kiara Kasih laugh.gif

1. Price - Suria Pantai
2. Downpayment - Suria Pantai
3. Facilities - Kiara Kasih
4. Balcony - Kiara Kasih
5. Prefer Mont Kiara/Publika area - Kiara Kasih
6. Prefer PJ/Mid Valley area - Suria Pantai
7. Cemetery averse - Kiara Kasih

Another point to take note of is that Suria Pantai units start from the lowest floor because carparks are located on a separate podium.

Yea, SP starts from the lowest floor in which I don't like....unless we can pick own unit then the risk is too much cry.gif

then rumawip alot also have such risk wor... maybe u can just consider buying cheap private projects which doesnt need to ballot... haha...

Ya good point here. Private project has no restriction on selling or renting.

Those RUMAWIP with car park on the lower levels don't start at first floor. But anyway you can try ballot and see which unit you get. If you don't like just don't proceed with the purchase. If you don't mind older condos can try Pantai Hillpark at this area. For Mont Kiara/Segambut area then Bougainvilla Apartment or Menara Menjalara. All these condos can find under 500k.

yeah... the booking fees by right should be 100% refundable... no penalty or admin cost should incur....

Yea but to get lower floors + facing cemetery at the same time is like double damage sweat.gif

Maybe I should ballot and see what I get...worst come to worst just refund back the deposit.

Any one facing issue getting back deposit?

no booking fee la, after ballot, if u like the unit, then (depending on) the developer will give u a small jadual for payment, for example 2% down, then remaining % within 2 mths etc. don't worry, yeah, payment wise instruction always clear geh hehe
